The refund will be processed using the same payment method you selected when making the purchase in our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.
**Requesting a Refund for Defective Products:**
According to Brazilian legislation, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a refund within 30 days from the date of receiving the order at your address.

**How to Return Products:**
Following the Consumer Rights guidelines, the return shipping costs for refunds due to a change of mind or defective manufacturing will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.
You will receive a postage authorization code by email after your return request, and you should post the merchandise at a post office. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest using the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if not damaged) or an appropriate box that preserves the items during transportation.
